Covenants and Restrictions Update
Thank you to everyone who completed the non-binding Covenants survey in 2023. Based on homeowner feedback, the Board has voted to proceed with only the bare minimum to bring the Covenants into compliance with the UPCA and to amend the document to run perpetually. The Association’s legal counsel will draft an updated document incorporating these changes, and the updated document will be presented to homeowners for a formal vote of approval when ready.

Visit the Neighborhood Nature Trail!
A huge thank you to the volunteers who helped clear the dirt trail through the HOA-owned open space! The 0.5 mile trail is marked with white flags and can be accessed from Beverly Lane and Nicole Drive.
If you choose to visit the trail, please remember that dogs must be on leash at all times. Please clean up after your dog, carry your trash out with you, and stay on the marked trail.
Ongoing maintenance (clipping of vines and thorn bushes, moving logs to line the edges of the trail) will always be needed and appreciated if you feel like bringing a pair of clippers or gloves along with you on your walk.
Visit the Open Space page for more information and a trail map.
Speeding: Anonymously Share a Vehicle Description
Neighbors with a concern about a specific vehicle or driver speeding in the neighborhood may email the Board at okhills.hoa@gmail.com. At its discretion, the Board will share this concern on Facebook to increase awareness and hopefully prevent future speeding. The identity of the complainant and that of the driver will be kept confidential. Only the vehicle description will be shared in hopes that the driver will realize who they are and try to be more cognizant.
Be Aware of Neighborhood Covenants and Restrictions
Can I install a fence, store a boat in my driveway, or plant vegetables in the front yard? Check the Covenants first! The Covenants and Restrictions for Okehocking Hills place certain restrictions on every home in the neighborhood.
Neighbors with a concern about a specific violation of the Covenants and Restrictions that is easily visible from the street may email the Board at okhills.hoa@gmail.com. At its discretion, the Board will issue a kind reminder in an attempt to resolve the issue privately. The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential. If not resolved, the Board may request assistance from the township. If a violation cannot be seen from the street, the issue will need to be resolved between homeowners.
